Developed an interactive Partner 360 dashboard to track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as net annual recurring revenue (ARR) wins, gross wins, training activities, and funnel metrics. Designed the dashboard to provide granular insights into partner performance by region, type, and service category.

Insights and Enablement

Conducted a comprehensive analysis of partner performance, identifying that the top 10 partners accounted for 85% of gross ARR wins. Provided actionable recommendations to re-engage underperforming partners and optimize resource allocation.
